Basically he wanted clients feeling very welcome. We suggested to fill out a questionnaire followed by an insightful conversation about his wishes and challenges. After a productive internal brainstorm, we developed the idea of a homefeel at the office without losing the corporate aspect of it all. Respecting that balance, was the most important.

M3 real estate has multiple offices in Flanders and specializes in selling residential property. Our client has a very outgoing nature and wanted to stimulate clients walking in and out his office spontaneously.

After a productive internal brainstorm, we developed the idea of a homefeel at the office without losing the corporate aspect of it all. Respecting that balance, was the most important.

PRSPCTF achieved a living room feel where clients steps into the space and immediately feel welcome. To honor that feeling, warm materials were used. Also a lounge with a cosy coffee corner was incorporated into the design. And what about the business aspect? No worries, we thought of that too and provided a very central position for the desk of our client as the beating heart of the office. Next to that, we also designed a space with multiple objectives like flexdesks, that could be raised or lowered, and a meeting room for maximum eight persons to sign and arrange documents for a purchase.
